These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and Wuxi Reliava Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as Reliava Technology ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of reliavatech.com and related services.

Reliava Technology designs and manufactures MEMS pressure sensors, pressure transmitters and customized pressure sensing solutions for industrial automation, HVAC, medical devices, electronics, automotive and embedded applications.

By accessing the services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the services.

1. Our Services

The information provided through our website is intended for business and technical reference. Users who access the services from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws. The services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, source code, functionality, software, designs, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the services and download or print reasonable portions of content solely for internal business evaluation. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, licensed or exploited for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice and informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China, unless a separate written agreement requires another forum or arbitration procedure.

15. Corrections

Website information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability or other matters. We reserve the right to correct and update information without prior notice.

16. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general information are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim implied warranties relating to general website use. Product warranties and performance commitments apply only as expressly stated in the applicable written quotation, datasheet, contract or warranty terms.

You are responsible for evaluating product suitability, validating samples and ensuring that the selected product and system design meet your application's safety, regulatory and performance requirements.

17. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from website use, including loss of profits, data, revenue or business opportunity. Any liability relating to products or transactions is governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, breach of these Terms, violation of third-party rights or misuse of content, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence under applicable law.
